Beer-Burger-Musical Bingo Fundraiser Night  

We have teamed up with the Eagles help local non-profit groups raise money for their organization. 

 Music Bingo games has become incredibly popular, the reason? 

It’s Fun!

Here’s How It Works: 

Pick a date and we book the hall at the Eagles. 

Times are flexible but usually the event will start at  at 6:30 and wraps up at 9:30.  

A ticket covers the cost for a burger with fries, a glass of beer and 3 games of Rock’n Bingo. 

We award 3 small prizes per game.

How Much Profit Will You Make? 

Your Costs: 

Hall Rental and Bingo host: $500 (plus tax) 

Beer & Burger $10 per ticket (plus tax) 

If you sell 125 tickets at $30 per ticket. You will generate $2,000 profit

Most groups will have a number of items available for a silent auction and a 50/50 draw. We see no reason that your group could not easily generate a profit of $4,000 to $6,000 for a 3 hour event.

We Make It Easy:

We will provide you with the template to make your event successful.

From custom designed posters that you print out to creative social media advertising we help you promote your event.

We also provide the bingo cards and dabbers for your evening.

Plus lots of information on how to organize a silent auction and a 50/50 draw.

Who Are We?

We are Digital Broadcasting and we have been in Campbell River for over 25 years.  We have hosted the annual Rock N Bingo event for Volunteer Campbell River for the past 5 years.  Our games are being played in bars, pubs and resorts across North America.

Your Host:  Russ Wagg has been hosting events for the past 20 years.  He keeps the night moving along with great tunes, bad jokes and a great attitude.  Russ also helps with the draws, silent auction and anything else you need him to do.  (You might even see a few magic tricks thrown in for fun)

We have provided the basic template for successful evening but we also realize your group may want to do something a little different. Well, we're flexible and we want to make your happy.  So give us a call and let's get to some FUNdraising.
