Once someone gets a bingo, you simply click the pause button, verify the bingo and continue on.

How Many Times A Week Can We Play The Games?
As often as you would like. Our suggestion would be to introduce the game during one of your busiest nights. Customers will play the game, enjoy it and stay longer. After a few weeks move it to one of your slower evenings. Once the game is established we would suggest one night per week and one afternoon session on the weekend.
What If Some Of My Customers Don't Want To Play?
We have found that customers who don't play still enjoy the music and the interesting trivia. Now with smart phone apps that tells people what song is playing, we rarely have customers not wanting to play.
Who Is The Host?
One of your staff members will be the host. They don't have to do much, as we mentioned earlier, the games are custom produced, all the host has to do is pause the music when someone gets a bingo and hand out the prizes. Your host will have a printed out song list so they know what songs are in each game and the order they are played in. We would suggest that you do a "practice game" with the staff before you introduce it to your customers.
****We strongly encourage you to hire an experienced host. Their ability to talk to the crowd, crack a few jokes and MC the evening is a skill that is well worth the investment. If you need help, we can find a host for you.
What Kind Of Prizes Should We Give Away?
Contact your Beer Reps and ask the for T-shirts, Beer Mugs and other promotional materials.
You can also hand out gift certificates (valid for their next trip to the pub) We would also suggest that you have a prize at the end of the evening to be drawn for the non-winning bingo cards, this will keep customers at your pub till the games are over
How Long Is A Typical Evening Of Bingo?
The average is 2-3 hours, play 3 games per night. Each game is approximately 30-40 minutes long
with a 15 minute break between games.
Our Suggestion For Each Game:
A minimum of 3 winners per game.
First winner is the person who can create two lines in any direction.
Second and third winners are the first one to complete two and three lines in any direction.
Have a selection of prizes at the bar, the winners choose what they would like.

What Can I Expect The First Few Times We Play?
The first game starts of relatively quietly, most people haven't played bingo for a very long time.
The second game of the night is a different story, people are "getting into it" and realizing how much fun it is to play.
